These terms apply to affiliates who promote MDSStoreX products using unique coupon codes
1️⃣ Program Eligibility
- Affiliates receive a unique coupon code assigned by MDSStoreX
- The coupon must be used by customers at checkout to track affiliate sales
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, or deactivate any affiliate account
2️⃣ Commission & Earnings
- Commission is earned only when a customer places an order using your coupon code
- Sales without your code applied will not count as affiliate sales
- Commission rate is defined in your affiliate agreement and may vary by product
- Commissions are paid only after the refund period has passed
- If an order is refunded, the commission for that order is cancelled / reversed
3️⃣ Valid Coupon Usage Conditions
A sale is considered valid only when:
- The customer enters your coupon code during checkout
- The order is completed and not refunded
- The order is not placed by you or your own store
Self-purchases, internal purchases, or fake orders are strictly prohibited.
4️⃣ Coupon Code Usage Rules
Affiliates must not:
- Share codes on coupon spam sites or mass-deal platforms
- Issue unofficial discounts beyond the approved code value
- Claim to provide exclusive offers not authorized by MDSStoreX
- Mislead customers about pricing, product features, or guarantees
- Modify or duplicate coupon codes
Misuse may result in commission loss and affiliate termination.
5️⃣ Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote the coupon via:
- Social media posts & videos
- Blogs, websites, or tutorials
- Real reviews & content marketing
Affiliates must not:
- Run paid ads targeting “MDSStoreX” or our domain name
- Impersonate MDSStoreX or claim to be an official employee
- Use spam, bulk messaging, bots, or deceptive promotion methods
6️⃣ Commission Disputes
If a sale is missing, affiliates must provide:
- Order ID
- Customer email (if available)
- The coupon code used
Only orders tracked with the code at checkout will be counted.
Final judgment remains at MDSStoreX discretion.
7️⃣ Program Changes & Termination
MDSStoreX may modify:
- Commission rates
- Coupon rules
- Program eligibility
or terminate the program at any time.
Continued participation means you accept updated terms.
