A refund may be approved only when all of the following conditions are met:

• You contact us within 3 days of purchase, and
• You provide proper store access (Admin or Collaborator access) for troubleshooting, and
• Our team is unable to fix the issue even after support assistance

If the issue is successfully resolved, a refund will not be applicable.
